While the guide itself is very informative I personally believe that the price of the paperback version is too high. This is the reason I chose the digital version, although I always prefer real books in my hands… If the price of the printed version was lower, my rating was higher…

Firstly, this is absolutely the most comprehensive guide about diabetes that I have ever read. I chose this guide over some other options that I saw online because of two things: It is reasonably priced and you can order a physical copy and not only a digital one (sorry, I don’t like ebooks).

No, you are not going to find any “unheard secrets” here, however, if you are looking for informative and easy to follow resource about type 2 diabetes and how to deal with it the natural way, the 7 steps to health and the big diabetes lie book is a great option.
