On Saturday, September 16, 2006, the Community Action Team (CAT) of Fillmore, held its OneCareNow 365 Event.

Fillmore is a dusty small town with a quiet "Mainstreet, U.S.A." downtown located off a busy highway. The goal was to heavily sign the town so as to provide a burst of OneCareNow.Org presence.

This was accomplised by posting signs and banners, from the CAT's tabling kit, at key locations. The signs and banners were fastened to chainlink fences and to sign frames. Locations were highway shoulders and town parkways.

Thousands were exposed to this method of temporary outdoor board advertising. The process was simple and yet effective.
