- Any co-hosts
- The speakers
- Any donors (e.g., for food & beverages, auction & raffle
items, etc.)
- Your guests (These could be sent as separate notes, separate e-mails,
or a group e-mail, letting them know how successful the event was
and that you’d like them to stay involved with the Campaign.)

Enter Credit Card Contributions: If you received
credit card donations and were not able to enter them at the time of
your party (e.g., you didn’t have a computer available), you should
enter them now:
Mail Contributions & Receipts: Send cash and
check contributions, along with all your Contribution Receipts, to the
